Please note that when a member shops at our advertisers or with a Fundraiser City.com merchant or in the Fundraiser City.com Mall, they are dealing with another company, not Fundraiser City.com. This means that you enter into a relationship with that company / Web site separately from Fundraiser City.com. Any information you share with that advertiser or merchant is subject to their policies and practices, not to Fundraiser City.com's policies or practices. If you choose to make a non-tax-deductible donation to a cause, they will simply receive a check from Fundraiser City anonymously. If you choose to make a tax-deductible donation to a Fundraiser City Cause, we will be sharing with this Cause your name, address, your relevant purchase information, and the amount of the donation in order to carry out your service.

A: Non-authorized personnel do not have physical access to our computers or database. Employees review security guidelines on a quarterly basis, as well as any time new policies are added. The servers that we use to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure facility.

You agree to hold the Affiliated Merchant harmless for any information disclosed to Fundraiser City. If you choose to download the Software, you allow Fundraiser City to collect and use non- personalized marketing information regarding visits and related to and purchases made from internet commerce sites.
