Return Policy

My Simple City wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow product returns with their original boxes and documentation, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date. And, if your purchase doesn't have the original box and documentation and your purchase was more than 30 days ago, contact us anyway.

 

· You need to contact us before you return the product.
· All returned products need to be marked with your address and have a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box.
· You need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts.
· As soon as we receive the product/s, we will refund you the price of the product minus the actual shipping cost.
· The "actual shipping cost" is the cost that UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other relevant courier charges My Simple Store for the delivery of your product. Please note that there is an "actual shipping cost" for products with "free shipping". i.e. If you return a product that you bought with "free shipping" that is not damaged or defective, we will refund you the price of the product minus the "actual shipping cost".
· If the product you are returning is damaged or defective (as confirmed by our Returns Department), as soon as we receive the product/s your credit card will be credited, including the actual shipping costs.
· If the product you are returning is not damaged or defective (i.e. you just don't want the product), you may be billed a "restocking fee". This is contigent on which product you are returning. We will be able to assess if there is a restocking fee when you e-mail us.
· For baby products, we cannot accept products that were used.
· If you refuse a shipment, UPS will return the order back to us, and we will bill you for both sides shipping costs.
