The product is better than advertised, arrived in great condition, and
was delivered promptly. The vendor followed up with email notifications
of order processing as well as shipping tracking information. Will order
from them again!

The item listed 155 in stock when I placed the order although that ended
up not being the case. Matt was very quick in responding to my e-mails
so I was able to locate and order elsewhere in time for my short delivery
date. Kudos on customer service. I'll shop here again.

The product I purchased was incorrect when I received it. I purchased
a Wildlife Moneyclip Watch & I received a fishing moneyclip watch.
Not satisfied!!!!
***The customer is correct. We sent the wrong moneyclip
watch. To make good on the error, we had them keep the first moneyclip
watch and immediately sent them the proper one.***

When I first received my product I was not satisfied. I called the company
to get it replaced--the customer service was outstanding and personal.
I was in contact by email with Matthew who personally saw to it that my
product was replaced.
